This item is frequently starting itself (even when the system is idle) and
then pushes the cpu to 100% until I close it. Even then it may reactivate 3
times before it will stop. I know it is supposed to be for 16 bit programmes,
but as best as I know I dont have any.
Does anyone know how I can disable it without messing in the registry or
bios settings, which I am not confident to do?
