DVD rom

[Jack Nation]

My DVD/CD Rom Reader quit reading DVD's; now reads only CD's (new or
copies).
Could it be a setting?

I have reinstalled the Driver, but it didn't help.

Anyone have an idea that may help?

Also could be the DVD part failed. There are separate lasers for the CD and
DVD. If a lens cleaner doesn't work, try the drive in another computer, and
try a different drive in this computer.
