For IE open it up, then click file, import/export and navigate to the back
up location. Same for OE, very straight forward actually.

Fo e the OE Address Book, from within OE, select File/Import/Address Book.
Point the import wizard to the location of the backup .wab file.

For the Favorites, it depends on how you performed the back up. If you used
the built-in back up option of File/Import and Export, then use the same
wizard and import the backed up Bookmark.htm file.

If you simply copied the contents of the Favorites folder, then copy the
saved folder back to the default location of the Favorites. (usually
C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Favorites)
