When I start the computer on the final Windows screen I
get the following message:

"ccRegVfy.Exe, unable to locate component. The application
has failed to start because ccTrust.dll was not found. Re-
installing the applicationmay fix the problem."

My question is, reinstalling what? I have no idea what
they are talking about. The computer works well.

The "ccRegVfy.Exe" is a component of Norton Anti-virus. You might want to
check the Symantec website for any known issues or fixes for this error.
