Is there a way to restore the Default keyboard shortcuts. I have lost my
ability to complete the url with ".com" by using the ctrl+{enter} keys.

You can open the http//www.google.com and search the correlative word ,then
you will give so mush info about how to restore it.

CTRL + ENTER keys do not add prefix http://www. and .com at the end ?:

How do I change what CTRL+ENTER does in Internet Explorer?:
