Why can´t I burn DVD?

I have one computer with 2 XP installed, in one I can burn DVD and make all,
but in the other when I begin to burn DVD the burn process failed, before in
the 2 systems I can burn DVD, the only difference between them is that I had
installed CloneDVD on the 2nd, all worked perfectly but one day the clonedvd
sendme an error and request me to reinstall, I did it but after I did it, I
can´t burn DVD, even the Nero can´t burn DVD, but I can burn CD without a
problem, any idea? thanks

Have you contacted CloneDVD tech support?
