Opening any application in Extended Desktop

Let me explain what exactly I want.
I am using UScreen Capture software to capture my desktop and generate
the
MPEG4 stream. Now I want to work on one desktop and want to transmit
the
other Desktop from the same Computer. So in case of Uscreen Capture it
captures only the coordinates of primary desktop and not for extended
desktop. So i thought of transmitting the primary desktop and work on
the
extended desktop. I also moved my Desktop icons and taskbar to the
extended
desktop. Now the problem is that whatever application (for eg.
calculator or
browser or mspaint or any other normal application) I open, it opens in
the
Primary desktop and it gets captured and gets transmitted which I don't
want.
For that I want that all the applications which ever it is, it should
get
launched in the extended Desktop only.

What should I do to solve this problem.
