pls tell me how to compress folder in ntfs with dos command in window
XP. I cann't format that drive but I want to take backup of some files
and compress it automatically in bat file. But what is dos command to
compress data.

No DOS commands in XP, use compact.exe (File Compress Utility).
Type: compact /? in a command prompt.
For more compact HELP:
Paste the following line into Start | Run and click OK..
hh ntcmds.chm::/compact.htm
