Program access

I've just reloaded Windows XP. Can someone tell me how to get the programs
already loaded on the computer onto the Program list without reloading them.

If you have just re-installed windows then you will also have to re-install
all your (or most of your) hardware and software.

Most software requires extra system settings be made to windows for them to
function properly which is done during the program's installation process.
It is generally wise to back up your documents etc. and format the hard
drive before re-installing windows.
