I keep getting a pop-up meassage:

Real Time I/O service does not work. Please check the
services applet in the windows control panel.

The header on the message is PC-cillin.

I can't find the source to perform the task. Where are
these places that are listed in the message?

Thanks

That's something specific to PC-Cillin.

Do start->run->services.msc [enter]

Look in the list for something labeled "Real Time IO service" or similar.
Double click the service and change the startup type to automatic.
