My desktop and my documents has lost

Hi, I am using xp professional. and I found that my customized desktop
and all my files in my domcuments are lost. i found them in the c:
\documents and settings\TEMP instead of the folder under my name. what
is the problem? i can still log in. how can i restore all these. thanks

They aren't lost; they are merely located in an incorrect folder.

Use Windows Explorer to move the files back where they belong.

Now, I wonder how your files wound up in that folder?
