Putting Shortcuts Back on Start Menu

I moved my Outlook Express shortcut icon from my Start Programs list
to my desktop. I meant to Copy it there. How do I get it back to the
Start Programs list?

Press/hold down the Right mouse button on the OE shortcut.
Drag it to Start > Programs > Where ever you want to place it.
Release the button and click on Copy on the popup menu.

That was too easy. I didn't know that you could get the Start Menu
(and any menu within) to open by hovering over it, even when you had
the right mouse button held down. I always thought you had to do a
copy of the desktop icon, and then left click the Start Menu to open
it up, and then right click to Copy it to where you wanted it. But,
that would only copy to folders on the Start Menu.

Once you drag it back to the Start Menu, right-click it, click "Pin to
Start Menu".

Or right-click Start, click Properties, Customize, "Show on Start Menu",
click "Email".

The Start menu or any directories will not open/expand by simply hovering over them
unless the mouse pointer is set to open on hover, you have to be dragging something
from one spot to another for them to open/expand.
