I have no problem logging in on any other web site, except Qwest.com. After I
type in my username & password, I get a blank white page. The status bar
states "done" All I was doing was to pay my bill. Oh gosh darn. Any ideas
on what I need to do or not do?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance...

First try to Clear your caches, Internet files and delete your cookies on
your IE properties.
Then open a run command and type this DLLs to reregister them:

regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll
regsvr32 Mssip32.dll

Try to assign the Site in your trusted sites, then try these extra commands:
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset

Check your Hosts Files and if the site there remove it, to access the Hosts
file locate this Path:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc = look in the right Pane/windows and you
will see Hosts file but not the one with the Extension *.SAM* leave this as
is.
Reboot your computer.

If the above didn't help then on the IE properties under the Programs Tab
click Reset web Settings button and Close the IE properties and Reboot your
machine and see if you can access the site.
what abut he SSL certificate for your IE try to renew it under content Tab.
