Microsoft knowledge base

My "help and support center" (xp professional) no longer returns any findings
from the MS Knowledge Base. It used to. Options are still set for it to
search knowledge base and return 50 findings. Any idea why it does not? Has
knowledge base been discontinued, or moved?

It was not (I use Firefox) but it is now, and still no hits on knowledge base.
