Unable to uninstall a program

Morning
I have this program and when i click remove it comes up with this error
message:
Motorola Phone Tools
>SetupDLL.cpp (476)
PAPP:Motorola Phone Tools
PVENDER:BVRP Software (http://www.bvrp.com)
PGUID:BAD8CA9C-77C0-4663-BOOB-A8D3B1C341B
$10.50.0.125
@Windows XP Service Pack2 (2600) IE 6.0.2900.2180

I also have this other program that when i click on remove it trys to debug
it and doesn't uninstall.
Does anyone know of a way i can remove these programs?

Microsoft has provided a way to uninstall about any program, so that it can
be re-installed correctly:
