The procedure detailed in "How to create a custom default user profile"
(Article ID 319974) does not specify, at step 1, whether the "local user
account" created in this step should be given Administrator or Limited rights.

Since Windows XP has well-known issues with Limited accounts, I would prefer
to specify the new account to be an Administrator, customize it and then copy
it to the Default User folder. Is this correct? Also, if so, should I
expect problems to arise if I later reduce this account's rights to Limited?
The machine I will be using for this procedure is running XP Pro SP2.

Also, in steps 1 and 4 of the article, may I log on as ANY user with Admin
rights or must I use the Administrator account created during the original XP
install? The larger question is, do all Admin-level accounts in XP have
exactly the same permissions, or is the original Administrator account
superior
in any way to additional Admin-level accounts created later?
