Is there a way o checking if windows XP is activated ?
A tool etc ?

If it isn't, usually you will receive warnings that are pretty hard to miss
that the system needs to be activated in a certain number of days.
Go to Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools and select Activate
Windows. It will begin the process and if Windows is already activate, you
should receive a message that Windows is already activated.

Start/program/accessories/system tools/activate windows
