Change DPI settings

Hello,

I have an application that needs Large Fonts (DPI 120) in order to
run. I am trying to create a batch file to run the application that
will change the DPI settings automatically and then run the
application but I can not find any tool/utility/program that is doing
this. Any idea of a tool that will allow me to change th DPI
settings ?
