Product ID for Windows XP

I need help installing Windows XP but in order to get
help I need the Product ID which I need to get from
the "About" in Help. Since I can't install it, I can't
get to help. Is there any place else to get the Product
ID? I have my Product Key, but that's not what they're
wanting.

What help do you need? Someone here might be able to offer you assistance if
we know what the problem is that you are having with installation.
