Hi all,
I was wondering whether it is possible to save the "quick launch" orders of
the icons in the toolbar. If so, would you please let me know on how to
accomplish this task.
Thanks in advance four help

1. Right-click on an empty area of your Taskbar and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar".
2. You can notice to handlers on both sides of your Quick Launch.
3. Now, hold down the left mouse button on icon you want to move and the
release the button on desire location.

Hope this is what you were looking for, let us know!

Hi RajKohli,
and thanks for your reply.
When I wrote my question I did not explain the scenario which is causing me
some trouble; as you stated before, I have ordered the icons in the quick
launch toolbar using the drag command; the problem that I did not mention in
my previous question (sorry about that) is that after a failure of electrical
power, when my system is back on line the quick launch toolbar is always
displayed with a different icon order; in order to avoid to always repopulate
the quick launch toolbar, I would like to know wheyeh is possible to save and
then restore the quick launch icon order settings.
thanks again for your support

I tried it on my PC and found that after settings the icon if I restart or
turn off my PC directly then Windows doesn't remember the icon settings.

So the best way will be place the icons as you want them and make a restart
yourself by clicking Start - Turn Off - Restart. This way window will
remember the settings and on next boot the icons will on exact place as you
set them.

Let us know!
