srescan.sys question

My Compuetr shut down twice with the following message

" Problem caused by File: srescan.sys Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged Area

Solution Disable Bios memory options such as catching or shadowing"

(Note: There was srescan address base info. and date stamp which might be
personal info. so didn't include)

I was able to reboot each time. Anyone know what is happening & what to do?
