View Full Version : MS Keyboards, IE7 and hot-key pop-up menu problem.

We have a MS keyboard with hotkeys which are disabled. PC is WXP-Home/sp2.

How are the hotkeys REALLY disabled with these MS keyboards or is this a
probem leftover from uninstalling IE7? Or os this a problem with a MS
auto-update? We don't need, use or want hotkeys.

It's impossible for us to type on any of the Forums without these annoying
MS menus popping up (not popup adds from
websites but w/menus) when we're trying to type. It's driving all four of us
to
distraction. It doesn't happen in OE, just on online Forums using IE6. This
just started when we got this keyboard and downloaded IE7 around the same
time. We got rid of
IE7 and disabled all the hotkeys for the key-board and STILL have the
*&^%$$#@ problem. Please...how are these hotkeys disabled before I rip my
last 10 hairs out.

Thanks in advance.
