Unwanted capialization

[Larry Hall]

XP sometimes saves a filename in capitals and without
warning, even if I'm careful about typing a filename in
lower case. This is a real problem when files are
intended for web use.

I can't see where there's an option to specify "save in
lower case only. Can anyone help pls?
