My son was pounding on my keyboard and now my taskbar on my desktop has been
moved from the bottom to the side. I'm sure there is a very simple solution
but I can't seem to figure it out. Could someone please tell me how to move
it back?
Thank you!

Right click the taskbar and make sure it is not locked.
Put the mouse cursor over a blank spot on the taskbar, hold down the left
button and drag it to whatever edge you want.
