I can't get my video to play on my web site. I can hear the audio portion.
But no video. It works fine when I run it from my computer file location. The
error message states; "Quick Time is missing software required to perform
this operation. Unfortunately, it is not available on the Quicktime
server"... A lot of help they are! My friends say it is coming through
alright on their computers. Any Ideas on where to go on this one? Thanks,

You appear to be missing the QuickTime web browser plug in. Reinstall
QuickTime (www.quicktime.com) to see if this solves the problem.

Thanks Cari.... Still not working. I changed my browser to "Firefox"
and tried it there... still showing the missing software message. It sounds
like I need to re-direct my query to "how to regain the lost software".
Problem is, where do I start??? Because my XP has been updated to SP2, I am a
little concerned about re-installing the software with the original CDs. Is
there an easier way to solve this problem without opening a bad can of worms?

Try uninstalling QuickTime, then rebooting and then re-downloading and
reinstalling QuickTime.
