cannot enter in live messenger since febuary 18

since sunday i cannot enter in windows live messenger. i'd try to do wath
ever windows tell me what to do and nothin windows doesn't connect and it's
still writing in the window : windows live messenger a cesser de fonctionne
un probleme a fait que le programme a cesser de fonctionner correctement.
Windows va fermer ce programme et vas indiquer si une solution est
disponible.. I'm new on a computer somebody hell me if you can in french

exit from windows and then sign into messenger and then back into windows!
does your mail show up in the big envelope in top left corner or do you get
the pre-1995 hotmail garbage?
