I need help in deleting an ex-employee as a user on a computer and creating a
new user.
However, I want to keep all the information, access, programs, etc. that
currently exists under the old user profile and have them load when the new
user logs on.
How should I do this?

It would be easiest to just edit the old user's properties
and change the user name

Thank you....I'm feeling rather "duhh" right now. Sometimes the simplest,
best answers are the least obvious!!

Maybe it would have been even easier to have hired a new person who had the
same name as the
previous employee :)
