changing auto fill information

In windows XP, in automatically filling forms, how do I delete old
information such as email addresses that are no longer valid?

Click tools - Internet Options – content – autocomplete

You should be able to go from there.

I would also delete my cookies & temporary Internet files:
Tools – Internet Options - General

Highlight the entry in the drop-down list and press the Delete key.
