Toolbar for IE 7.0 / Win XP HE

Lost the toolbar with the latest install of IE 7.0. Suggestions to restore
the toolbar, please.

That's VERY descriptive - WHAT "MS" toolbar?

Microsoft. The standart toolbar that was first present when IE 7.0 was
downloaded from Microsoft(MS).

If we're talking about the toolbars at the top of the Internet
Explorer screen and you don't see any at all, have you tried hitting
the F11 key? Other than that View => Toolbars.

Then say "Internet Explorer toolbars". "Microsoft" toolbars could refer to
the toolbars on any one of DOZENS of applications that Microsoft release.
What do you mean by the "standard" toolbar?
