Instant Messenger - no video out

I have no video going out during a video call. I can receive video from the
other end. When I go into setup, I can see my own video, but nothing in my
outbound video window.

Any ideas? Am I missing something in the setup?

Has anyone had any luck getting video working on Live Messenger?
I'm going to try Skype and see if video works any better there. Must be
some bugs on Live Messenger.
