sound and video problem

I have a sound and video problem. When songs or videos are played on my
computer. The sound or play back comes in choppy. It is like it uploads, then
stop and then loads up again. I have checked the sound and audio driver. The
computer shows that both are working properly. I have tried restoring back to
last checkpoint before sound started to act up. Restoration is alwasy
incomplete. What should I do next?

It sounds as though you are buffering. What type of internet service are
you on? Dial up? DSL? Cable? Satellite? My second question is how much
memory do you have in your machine? Check your system to see if your RAM and
Cache memory can handle those media files.....which are HUGE, by the way.
