Need to re-activate after every boot. HELP!!

This is driving me crazy...
I upgraded to Windows XP from Windows Me but now every time I reboot or turn
on the system it says I need to activate again!! I go through the activation
and each time it says the activation process was completed successfully. I
don't know what else to do...please help!!!

regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll

OK, then,

regsvr32.exe licdll.dll
