Add/Remove programs - error msg

A Free-ware program called Windows Configurater can be
downloaded froam http://pcworld.com/35819 and be used to
completeley uninstall any program listed in Add or Remove.
It can also remove the fantom program safely from the
Registry. It was designed for W9x and Me but this
function works in Xp as well.
