Folder Gaurd, Magic Folders will hide any folder you
choose. Warning do not hide system folders\files. My
Documents hides fine.

Menu Display - Speed Up

Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop In the right pane
select, "MenuShowDelay". Right click, modify and set the
value to 0. Reboot.
