My LCD monitor flickers, changes color then I loose my audio driver. Monitor
restores to normal in seconds but have to reboot to get audio driver back,
only to have it happen again. I installed the lastest video and audio
drivers. I tried to do a system restore, NG. I changed refresh rate from
72Hz to 60 Hz. I check my system for viruses. I still have problem.

To me it appears your problem has nothing to do with audio or video but more
to do with the motherboard and/or the power supply and/or heat.

Open the case and verify all the fans are running and there is no excessive
'dust' build up.

Check all the power connections between the power supply the motherboard and
the components.

I opened the case and the fans were working. It was clean inside but I
cleaned off the components with a can of air. I also reseated the power
connection to the mother board.
