If you didn't have Recovery Disk with the machine when you bought it, you
can't.
Did died completely or still there is some breath LOL.
Try to boot into Safe Mode or Last good known configuration and see what you
can see in the Event Viewer.
On How to access the Event Viewer try this:
Open a run command and type in:
eventvwr.msc click [OK] there look for any error can shed some lights on
the causer and we start from there.
