Change path name to My Documents?

My computer name is as shown below with my full name in the path:
C:\Documents and Settings\Full Name\My Documents
Is there any way to change this? I'd just like to change my full name to
something else. I've tried to rename it but it says it's system folder and
can't be changed.
Any help is appreciated.

Control Panel>User Accounts>Change a User Account>Change Name
You must be the Administrator to do this.
