Hi Racho,
Open a Run Command and try to re-register these DLLs:
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll click [OK]
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll click [OK]
Reboot your computer after getting the message success registering the DLLs.

Hi Racho,
It is n't reg.key, it is Key.reg ( reg for registry).
Try to save it on your Desktop as (key.reg) or you can Open the Registry
editor by doing this:
Open Run command and type in:
regedit click [OK]
Locate these Keys and change the Data in the Right Pane/window:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography \Defaults\Provider\GemPlus GemSAFE Card CSP v1.0] =
look in the right pane/window for these data and make sure it is correct
"Image Path"="C:\\WINDOWS\\System32\\gpkcsp.dll"
"Type"=dword:00000001
"SigInFile"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography \Defaults\Provider\Schlumberger Cryptographic Service Provider] =
look in the right pane/window for these data and make sure it is correct
"Image Path"="C:\\WINDOWS\\System32\\slbcsp.dll"
"Type"=dword:00000001
"SigInFile"=dword:00000000

Please don't download files from the internet from unknow source, unless you
know the author of that content is genuine.

hi ,nass !
i hawe try it.but not good. this coming : cannot import C:\Documents
and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\reg.key: The file is not a registry
script. you can only import binary registry files from within the registry
editor.

and ,what can i do now ?

bei scannow coming this : Microsoft<R> Windows xp windows file checker
version 5.1 <C> 1999-2000 microsoft corp.all right reserved
Scans all protected systemfiles and replaces incorrect version with correct
microsoft versions.
SFC [/SCANNOW ) (/SCANONCE) (/SCANBOOT) (/REVERT) (/PURGECACHE)(/CACHESISE=x)
/SCANNOW Scans all protected system files immediately.
/SCANONCE Scans all protected system files once at the next boot.
/SCANBOOT Scans all protected system files at every boot.
/REVERT Return scan to default setting.
/PURGECACHE Purges the file cache.
/CACHESIZE=x Sets the file cache size.

i did also download die file slbcsp.dll and gpkcsp.dll from the
internet.because my system did not find before .now i hawe it ,but still
does not to install the cd from the drucker,(scanner) all in one , hp
photosmart 2570 all in one series.

thanks for your help ,i wait your antwort . : racho
