For the past few weeks I'm getting several of these tmp. files in Documents
and Settings/Owner/Local Settings. When I try to delete them I am told that
I cannot because they are "in use."
I have no programs running besides Windows, and I have never had Adobe Photo
Shop installed, so I'm wondering if anyone can explain why these files are
now appearing. One popped into the window as I was viewing it.

I'm wondering if it could be my home page (Comcast.net) that is using Adobe
Photoshop?
Possibly malware of some kind? Neither Spy-Bot nor Ad-Aware find anything
amiss.
The only registry references to Adobe are related to the PDF reader.
Is it significant that the file contains "Adobe Photoshop CS Windows"?
