Just received e-mail advertising that for a flat fee of $49.99, I'll be able
to watch 3,000 to 5,000 TV stations world-wide on my PC. Is this a
scam/fraud?
Thanks for your help.

An old axiom: If it looks/sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I'd
want to do more research before I put down any money for something like
this. The price you quote is MY monthly extended basic cable bill for 70
channels.

You bet it's a spam/scam! Stay away from it.

Why are you asking here? This doesn't have anything to do with the XP OS.
