Boot Disk

Go to My computer, right click on (A:), choose format,
and click the box labeled "Create an MS-DOS startup disk"

Or, find a friend with Windows ME or earlier, go to
start, control panel, add/remove programs, and click the
tab that applies to making a startup disk.
