Video Attachment

I'm trying to send this Video attachment, size 23.9 MB, and it's taking too
long to download. Can someone tell me if there is a better way to e-mail this
video, or is it just too large. I have Yahoo and Hotmail. Your help is
appreciated.

Most "free" email services limit the size of attachments.

24 MB is a huge file to send as an attachment.
You should find a hosting service and post it there.
Send a link to the recipient, along with any login/password required.
