I was using Windows Live Msgr until I started receiving a weird log-in screen
every time I booted, which appeared to be in Portuguese. It wouldn't let me
log in with my regular Messenger ID (I guess I'm not using the right accent
marks), and I couldn’t remove it (also couldn’t remove the “regular”
Messenger. Now I have managed to get rid of every trace of Messenger EXCEPT
for this: whenever I Alt + tab between applications, the Messenger icon is
there even though there’s no application window. Anyone have any guidance?
