NEED HELP

I just made a movie on Movie Maker Pro. I now can not get it on to a disk as
anything, not a DVD or Computer file. I have used all types of cd-r and DVD+r
and CD-rw and nothing is working the computer says I am not using a correct
disk. I am in a time crunch as this is a gift, does anyone have any words of
wisdom on how to get this over to a dvd. Thank you
