I bought a brand new Toshiba Satellite A110-162 in october 2006 and got 3
years warranty with it now since my attempt at linux failed I re-installed XP
but when I did I got some sort of graphics problem which makes everything
look horrible and blocky and just today my sound is all very horrible and
distorted.
So do you think I should send it in for repair?

no matter how hard I try!

Since you installed another operating system and it failed, and re-installed
XP, and you are now having problems, you most likely voided the warranty.

Have you installed the lastest driver for the graphics device?

Sounds like a driver issue.
How did you reinstall XP? Do you have a disk with drivers on it?

I used the Product Recovery disc that came with my laptop and the drivers are
on there.

You should be able to find updated graphics drivers at
http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
Select Integtrated/Motherboard to get to Radeon Xpress 200M.
