Windows XP doesn't start normally

Hello,

Windows stops with "blue screen of death" after all entries concerning file
csrss.exe were deleted from registry.
The error message if the following:
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process terminated unexpectedly with a status of
0xC0000034
The system has been shut down.

How can I restore Windows/registry entries?

ok, here's what you do...

reach around behind the pc, pull the plug... take the cable, using a
pair of scissors, cut it into 2 equal lengths....
