Hi Folks,

I have what seems like a major problem to me, but will no doubt be easy for
you experts out there!

I have a movie file on my hard-drive which is 1.6 mega bits. I would like to
copy this to a disk and play it on my dvd player. The problem is I can only
use disks which are no more than 700mb and I would like to copy this file and
watch it on my dvd player. is there a way round this, such as splitting the
movie onto two disks or shrinking it. Do I need to get a special kind of
software??

Thans in advance for any help!!!!

Ta

It's not necessarily the size that is the problem, it's the length of the
file in time.... You're trying to make a VCD .... which should be about 80
minutes in length.... and you'll need the third party software to make the
VCD.
