How does one get the CD auto insert to run?

Goto "My Computer" right click on your CD drive and goto
the autorun tab. from three you can make changes to what
kind of files autorun.

Hmmmm I tried that and the settings were already correct. Is there somewhere
where you can switch-on auto-insert?
