How to determine groups I belong to

I want to be able to find out all of the groups that I
belong to. I am on a network.

You can only do this on Pro and only if you have proper permissions.

start->run->lusrmgr.msc [enter]

Expand the users group, click on yourself then go to the "member of" tab.
