hi can anyone help
i have a big problemi removed the system administrator
and my other half has only got restricted access i cannot
either add an other account or try to system restore the
computer
any ideas

Is this HE or Pro? If the former, boot the machine into safe mode and log on
as "Administrator". If the latter, you can do the same, or reboot the
machine, hit ctrl-alt-del twice and log on as "Administrator". You will user
"Administrator"'s password however. Typically if it's a default HE install,
the password will be blank. If Pro, it will be whatever you set it to.
